You run the business. Agents run the busywork.

Agent 137 is a one-person AI studio. I find the repetitive work in a business and build AI that handles it — starting with my own. No jargon, no 6-month roadmaps. Systems that work, documented, and yours.

Before / after

Life before AI. Life after AI.

The same Tuesday, in the same business — with and without agents.

BEFORE — everything is manual
Inbox answered at 11 p.m. — the same 12 questions
Invoices pile up until month-end
Leads go cold after the first follow-up
Content ships only "when there's spare time"
Reports built by hand, every single month
AFTER — the work does itself
Replies drafted in your voice — you tap approve
Invoices read & categorized as they arrive
Every lead nudged on schedule — nothing goes quiet
One voice memo becomes a week of content
Reports assemble and email themselves
The payoff: time and money back — and no more 11 p.m. inbox.

How it works

From audit to autopilot, in weeks.

01

Audit

Free — 8 questions on screen or 30 minutes on a call. We find the tasks eating your week and I tell you what's worth building — including "nothing yet," if that's the truth.

02

Map

You get a plan ordered by payback: what to automate, what needs an agent, what stays human. One fixed price, agreed before we start.

03

Build

Days to weeks, not quarters. Wired into the tools you already use, tested on your real work, with you approving anything that matters.

04

Run

Handed over documented and owned by you — not hostage in my account. Optional maintenance if you'd rather I keep it running.

Step 01 is free. Start it →

Who's behind this

Built by an operator, not an agency.

Yannis Goldman Delaruelle, founder of Agent 137

I'm Yannis Goldman Delaruelle. Ten years of automation — building businesses and streamlining them with bots and technology, long before it was called AI. Experience in acquisitions and dispositions, a degree in accounting and finance, my own books kept along the way — I've seen business from every side. I know what running one actually feels like: the inbox that never empties, the invoices, the leads that go quiet.

Today I build with AI every day — and my own business runs on the exact systems I sell. That's the difference: when we work together, you talk directly to the person who builds, in English or French, Miami or Paris.

Fewer clients, deeper work. I'd rather deploy three systems that run for years than sign thirty retainers.

Read 01 · 3 min What an AI agent actually is A chatbot is an employee you talk to all day. An agent is one you brief once. +

A chatbot waits for you to type, thinks, and types back. An agent is given a goal — "sort today's invoices and flag anything unusual," "answer every inquiry within a minute" — then uses tools to get it done: it reads your email, checks your calendar, writes to your spreadsheet, sends the reply. You review the result instead of doing the task.

Agents are built from three parts: a model (the brain), tools (hands — your email, docs, CRM), and instructions (the procedure it follows, in plain language). Not magic: they're wrong sometimes, and they need someone to wire them safely into your real systems. That last part is the job.

Read 02 · 3 min Automation vs. agent They get sold as the same thing. They're not — and the price difference matters. +

Automation is a fixed path: when X happens, do Y. A new lead fills a form → they're added to the CRM → a welcome email goes out. No thinking involved — which is exactly why it's cheap, fast, and nearly bulletproof. An agent handles the steps that need judgment: reading a messy email and deciding what the client actually wants, drafting the reply in your voice, categorizing the expense that fits no rule.

Rule of thumb: if the task fits in a flowchart, automate it. If the flowchart keeps sprouting "well, it depends…" — that's an agent. The best systems mix both: automations move the data, agents make the judgment calls, and a human approves anything that matters.

Read 04 · 3 min What it costs, honestly From $20/month tools to custom builds — the three levels, and the one cost nobody mentions. +

Three levels. Off-the-shelf tools ($20–100/mo): great for personal productivity, but nothing is connected — you're still the glue. Assembled systems (hundreds to a few thousand): automations and agents wired into your inbox, CRM, and accounting — where saving 10 hours a week becomes literal. Custom builds (project pricing): anything your customers touch.

The real cost of AI isn't the subscription. It's the system nobody maintains — or the ten hours a week you never get back. And a system you don't understand is a liability: whoever builds yours should hand it over documented, explained, and owned by you.

Quick guide · 2 min ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini — which AI? They're all capable. The differences matter less than the wiring — and the wiring is the job. +

ChatGPT is the household name and a strong all-rounder. Claude shines on long documents and writing that has to hold your voice. Gemini lives inside Google Workspace, next to your Gmail and Sheets. Any of them can power a real system — the tool is 20% of the result; the other 80% is wiring it into how your business actually runs.

The trap to avoid: five subscriptions that don't talk to each other. Fix one workflow end-to-end first, then expand — a system beats a shopping list.

Quick guide · 2 min Who's automating right now Owners, not tech giants. If your week repeats, you qualify. +

Service businesses — agencies, consultants, trades — start with the inbox and lead follow-up. Commerce — shops, restaurants, e-commerce — automates inquiries, reviews, and the back office. Creators and coaches run content pipelines in their own voice. Companies of 10+ pilot one department, prove one number, then roll it out.

That's exactly the map the free audit draws for your business — eight questions, one concrete first move.

Questions

Asked every time.

Do I need to be technical to work with you?+

No. If you can describe how you do a task — like you'd train a new hire — that's all I need. You approve results; the wiring is my job. Everything is handed over with plain-language documentation.

What does an engagement cost?+

Consulting starts with a free audit call. Automations typically land in the hundreds to low thousands; custom agents and client-facing builds are scoped as projects. You always get the price before we start — fixed scope, no surprise retainers.

How long does a build take?+

Most automations: under two weeks. Agents and bigger systems: two to six weeks. AI has collapsed build times — the slow part is usually getting your process out of your head, and the audit call handles that.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?+

We design for it. Anything that touches money or clients gets an approval step — the agent drafts, you tap to confirm. Systems log what they do, and you can always see why a decision happened. Trust is built in stages, not assumed.

Do I own what you build?+

Yes. It runs in your accounts, under your keys, documented so another builder could maintain it if I got hit by a bus. No hostage systems.
